Ingredients for Aubergine & Tahini Dip
Serves 4
- 200g IQF Roasted Aubergine (Or 250g Aubergine, diced & roasted)
- 75g Tahini
- 3g IQF Garlic Puree
- 50g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2g Ground Cumin
- ½ Lemon, juiced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
How to make it
