Brusco Food Group is a trusted supplier of food products and quality ingredients to manufacturers, food service and retail.

The Group has been formed over the last five years from the merger of three ingredients suppliers: G Bruce & Co, Mayfair Foods, and Porter Foods.

Today we operate as one integrated business, trading under the Brusco Food Group umbrella, however, the 90 years of combined experience and our unrivalled product offering still live on.
