Yes, we offer steam-sterilised (SS) black pepper. We do not use ETO treatment—ethylene oxide isn’t acceptable in the UK, even though it can occur naturally in some products.

Absolutely. We comply with ISO, HACCP, and BRCGS standards.
How do you ensure consistent flavour, colour, and pungency (piperine levels)?
We agree clear specifications with our suppliers, and they produce to those standards. We also work with the same supplier and origin, as consistency can vary by source.
